I am inspired by the challenges of technical documentation to understand the complexity of balancing project economics and project efficiency which make a successful project. I use my 22+ years of experience and knowledge to mentor staff to set them up for success. It is the relationships that are built along the way that I value most, and those relationships follow me to the next project.

Fun Fact:
Outside of the office, Tyler is a compulsive home improver. When he got married, he somehow convinced his wife to buy an old house that needed new everything. He was even featured on an episode of Sweat Equity on DIY Network where he renovated his small one-car garage into a woodshop (Season 2, Episode 2, original air date 1/25/2008). Since then, he has built countless pieces of furniture, cabinets, and a custom wet bar for his house. Now that Tyler has renovated every square foot of his house, he’s considering moving so he can start over.
