Project Director/Assistant Studio Director
Senior Housing and Care Environments

We are seeking an Assistant Studio Director and Project Director with meaningful experience and a proven record of success in architectural commissions in the Senior Housing and Long Term Care project types. The successful candidate will work directly with the Principal-in-Charge/Studio Director and function as a leader in the directorship and management of the firm’s projects which include CCRCs, skilled nursing, as well as freestanding senior housing and special care communities. The candidate will be capable of directing the entire architectural commission including design, construction documents, and construction administration.

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience in national and world class Senior Living communities across the U.S.
• Work in an environment that is empowering , stimulating, and challenging
• Be a high driver, personable, outgoing, resourceful, and committed to the highest level of client service
• Be experienced, talented, and efficient and able to lead the technical and pragmatic functions of the project
• Be AutoCAD and REVIT proficient
• Be proficient in business development and sales
• Be a LEED Accredited Professional
• Have a “Whatever It Takes” attitude towards excellence, service, and success
