We are seeking a Director of Business Development and Sales. The candidate will have extensive experience and a proven record of success in the establishment and implementation of sales programs for professional design or construction firms. This is the highest level sales position within the firm and a true performer will have boundless opportunities for personal growth and success. Experience in Colorado and knowledge of the Colorado Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry marketplace is absolutely required to be considered for this position.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a high driver, charismatic, outgoing, resourceful and the leader of the sales culture and the entire sales campaign
- Be innovative, a strategic thinker and a natural relationship maker and leader
- Do whatever it takes to succeed from initial contacts to strategies, tactics and implementation
- Be responsible and accountable for achieving pre-established sales goals for the various studios (business units) within the firm
- Be creative and proficient in writing and directing the preparation of proposals to various private, public and governmental agencies across the country
- Be responsible for the firm’s local and national public relations program
- Have a "Whatever It Takes" attitude towards excellence, service, and success
The candidate must have 5 or more years business development and sales experience with an architecture, engineering, or construction firm!
