Located in Cromwell, Connecticut, the Continuing Care Retirement Community at the Covenant at Cromwell Campus consists of Independent Living Apartments and Villas, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing. Integrated into the fabric of the existing campus, the new facilities update the entire campus to reflect the specific needs of the new generation of seniors.

The Independent Living Villas consists of 32 duplex and triplex units. The two and three-bedroom homes reflect the scale and character of a small New England town.

A classic “infill” development within the fabric of an established campus environment, the forms, proportions and finishes of the units reflect traditional northeast architecture. The homes are artfully oriented in harmony with the heavily wooded site and maximize views towards a small, on-site lake.

The unique character of a traditional, New England community is achieved through the selection of sympathetic materials, color and front porches. A variety of elevations and “home-owner” identification were achieved through three building types within the 8-acre neighborhood.
