Located in Boulder, Colorado, the $24.7m expansion and remodel of the existing Frasier Meadows Continuing Care Retirement Community is comprised of a new, four-story 34-unit Independent Living Facility, a new, two-story 108-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and a renovated, single-story 44-unit Assisted Living Facility. The new Towne Center features a Wellness Center, Exercise Pool, Beauty/Barber Shop and Adult as well as Child Day Care.

The Skilled Nursing Facility is arranged into four residentially scaled “houses” of 14 to 16 residents on each floor. Each house functions independently with dedicated living, dining and support spaces in addition to the shared, community-wide living spaces.

Underground parking is provided in conjunction with both the Independent Living Facility and the Skilled Nursing Facility. Site development includes secure exterior Courtyards as well as public Plaza spaces.
