Skyview Village

Senior Homes of Colorado
Denver, Colorado

Challenged by The Senior Homes of Colorado to design an affordable Assisted Living housing project that fits their mission profile to provide affordable Senior Living and Care facilities, Lantz-Boggio designed Skyview Village.
 

The completed project provided a very home-like design encompassing all the key qualities of Assisted Living. Skyview stands today as one of the best examples of affordable Assisted Living in Colorado. Over forty percent of the residents of these projects are under the state Medicaid reimbursement program for Assisted Living. The 68-unit facility at 40,642 Sq Ft includes 28 Dementia Care units
