Covenant Village of Colorado is a designed-community for young, active seniors. The major goal of the program was to design a community that would be competitive with the single family housing market in all regards, while being economically built and priced. Lantz Boggio succeeded in meeting all parameters and more. The community has studio, one and two bedroom units.
