Lantz-Boggio Architects was commissioned to Master Plan this existing CCRC in order to reposition the campus for modern seniors.

 

The Towncenter incorporates a cyber-café, fitness center, educational classrooms, carry-out and delivery facilities, outdoor pool and amphitheatre, and a host of other activity spaces for residences and seniors as well as the community at large.
