Developed under the HUD 221 (d) 4 mortgage insurance program, this 198-unit Age-Restricted Independent Senior Apartment complex was developed to provide market-rate rental housing for seniors. Concordia offers one and two bedroom apartments with nine different floor plans, pays all utilities except phone, provides an extensive calendar of community events each month, and offers one year leases.

The campus consists of three, three story buildings adjacent to the walking paths of Johnson Lake and Clement Park.
