This 48-unit facility is the first stand-alone Alzheimer’s Care center in the Denver Metro area. The units are arranged in four “houses”, each having twelve units which divide the residents into smaller groups. This de-scaling of the environment promotes a homelike environment and fosters better orientation for memory impaired residents.
For the approximately 50 individuals, the residence features four uniquely decorated interior home-like areas, each with its own living room, dining room, kitchen and private bedrooms, with private bath. Each house opens into the central "Town Square" where the day’s activities beckon, including the Town Hall Activities Room, Art Studio, Quiet Haven, Sweet Shoppe, Exercise/Spa/Massage Suite, and Resident Office. The building and grounds are fully-secured with an integrated resident-to-staff call system, and exterior door security system
