The community is designed to maximize independence, individuality, choice, family and friends.

The three-story facility offers standard features including a central nurse station on the first floor and a 1,500 sf dining room as well as an activity room. Unique features include an after hour’s bistro, 20-seat movie theatre, beauty salon, salt water aquarium, a chapel, and a sun patio with gas grill and fireplace.

This project won the Silver Achievement Award from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) 50+ Housing Council.
