This new CCRC is currently in the Design phase and is being developed as the leading retirement community in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The entire CCRC development is scheduled to break ground in early 2006. The project contains 96 units of Independent Living in a 4-story mid-rise building, a 76-unit Assisted Living building, 62 cottage homes, and approximately 23,000 square feet of club facility. The entire project is planned utilizing proven principals of new urbanism which fosters a strong sense of community. The entire campus and all facilities have been designed to respond to values and expectations of new and future generations of seniors.
