In spring of 2005, LBA Interiors, a component of Lantz-Boggio Architects, was selected as the 1st place winners for Interior Design Services from ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) for their work at the Lighthouse Building. Located east of Seattle, Washington on the Mercer Island shoreline of Lake Washington, the Covenant Shores Campus has been developed over the past 40-years as a Continuing Care Retirement Community. The Covenant Shores Lighthouse replaces two existing structures with a new 66-unit Independent Living and 24-unit Assisted Living Facility. The four-story facility includes enclosed parking and is linked, via tunnel, to the existing Skilled Nursing Center.
