We are looking for project managers with exceptional and extensive skills capable of working with our clients and design teams in the development of a variety of projects. A project manager will work directly with a principal in the firm and have full responsibility in the planning and execution of projects. Project manager candidates must:
Have 5-8 years experience
Be registered in the State of Colorado Have extensive knowledge in the planning and design of a variety of project types
Be well versed in the management of a multi-disciplined team
Participate in the marketing of prospective clients
Maintain a high level of client service and project quality

Project Architect
We have a need for architects with an interest in the design, production and construction of a variety of projects ranging from education, healthcare, senior care, multi-use facilities and military. Candidates must be registered architects in Colorado and have a minimum of four years experience. Candidates must also:
Be proficient in AutoCAD 2005, Architectural Desktop, and Microsoft Office
Have the ability to work with staff and consultants, coordinate the work and maintain compliance with our client’s standards as well as our own.
Be able to prepare documents that comply with entitlement procedures
Develop and maintain schedules and project budgets
Prepare draft specification packages for projects
Be articulate and considerate of the client’s wishes
Have a working knowledge of different types of construction
Have a familiarity with building codes and ADA regulations Have an interest in continuing professional development

Intern
Must have between four and seven years of experience in the architectural profession. Utilization of AutoCAD required to produce architectural drawings as directed by the team leaders. This includes the development and maintenance of computer applications and utilization of office standards in the production of the project construction documents. Must be able to work independently on day-to-day operational issues in the production of drawings. The preparation of construction documents includes accurately scaled drawings in accordance with the standards set forth by both the Quality Assurance Program of the firm, as well as sound professional practice. The responsibilities also include the assurance of the projects’ quality, and schedule. It is the responsibility of the intern to continue their own professional development by both a complete understanding of the development of a project, as well as assuming the tasks of the Project Architect/Coordinator where and whenever possible.
