A Principal and Director of the Senior Care Studio and the Multi-Family Market Manager for Lantz-Boggio, Jeff Shera has over 25-years of professional experience in Residential projects with a special emphasis on Senior Care Environments. The diverse projects range from single-family to multi-family settings within both the public and private sector.

A Principal and the Education Studio Director for Lantz-Boggio, John Quest has over 34-years of professional experience primarily focused on the programming, planning and design of K-12 Education Facilities. John is particularly adept in developing and implementing District-Wide Master Plans as well as building-specific functional and space programs.

MaryLou directs the Firm’s comprehensive Interior Design Program including: Pre-Design Budget Analysis; Program Management; Interior Design; Furniture & Equipment Selection & Specification; Procurement Management and Installation Services

A Senior Associate and Military Studio Director, Mark Baker’s 13 years in architecture have been focused on military facilities planning and design for a variety of projects, including: Military facilities, government bases, laboratories, commercial buildings, criminal justice facilities, and retail centers.
Paul Bormann, RA
Director of Design
As the Director of Design for Lantz-Boggio, Paul Bormann has over 23 years experience in all phases of architectural services including programming, master planning, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. He works in collaboration with Principals and Project Managers to generate and develop architectural design solutions for senior, multi-family, educational, and health care projects.
Vicki L. Stone, CDA
CFO
A Principal and the Controller for Lantz-Boggio, Vicki Stone has over 20-years of professional experience in accounting with an emphasis in Architecture & Engineering Small Business accounting. In addition to directing the corporate financial operations of the Firm, Vicki also serves as the Office Manager and the Human Resources Administrator.
