Director of Design

As the Director of Design for Lantz-Boggio, Paul Bormann has over 23 years experience in all phases of architectural services including programming, master planning, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. He works in collaboration with Principals and Project Managers to generate and develop architectural design solutions for senior, multi-family, educational, and health care projects.

A Senior Associate and Director of Design-Build for Lantz-Boggio, Ben Wilking serves as the liaison between the Client and the Design/Construction Team throughout the entire design and construction process for our Design-Build projects. Ben has over 19-years of professional experience in Education, Commercial, Health Care and Senior Living & Care projects.

Al Bernhardt
Director of Construction Services

A Senior Associate, Director of Construction Services, Mr. Bernhardt manages the construction for LBA Construction Services, Inc. and teams with the Director of Design-Build in the administration and management necessary for the successful completion of all construction projects. He is also a valuable resource for the architectural studios during all phases of design in providing constructibility reviews, cost estimates, and job site visits.
