A Principal and Director of Interior Design for Lantz-Boggio, MaryLou Parham has over 22-years of professional experience in Senior Care, Hospitality, Commercial and Military Projects. MaryLou directs the Firm’s comprehensive Interior Design Program including: Pre-Design Budget Analysis; Program Management; Interior Design; Furniture & Equipment Selection & Specification; Procurement Management and Installation Services
Since joining Lantz-Boggio in 1997, MaryLou has completed numerous Senior Care projects for national and local providers including: Covenant Retirement Communities; Southern California Presbyterian Homes; American Retirement Communities; Catholic Health Initiatives/Franciscan Villa; LeGan, Inc.; Sunnyrest and Mapleton Manor. Prior to joining Lantz-Boggio, MaryLou ran her own Interior Design Firm in Port Ludlow, Washington.
