A Principal and Director of the Senior Care Studio and the Multi-Family Market Manager for Lantz-Boggio, Jeff Shera has over 25-years of professional experience in Residential projects with a special emphasis on Senior Care Environments. The diverse projects range from single-family to multi-family settings within both the public and private sector.
Since joining Lantz-Boggio in 1992, Jeff has completed numerous Senior Care projects for national and local providers including: Marriott Senior Living Services; Covenant Retirement Communities; Southern California Presbyterian Homes; Karrington Health, Inc.; Sun Health Care Group; and Morningstar Senior Communities. This considerable design and management experience has led to an extensive knowledge of issues specifically related to seniors: independence; dignity; accessibility and self-sufficiency.
Additionally, Jeff has completed Multi-Family Housing projects for numerous public and private Clients including: Aurora Housing Authority; Loveland Housing Authority; Adams County Housing Authority; Volunteers of America; Habitat for Humanity; Denver Housing Authority; Colorado Coalition for the Homeless; and National Church Residences. This extensive design and management experience has led to a thorough knowledge of issues related to the low-income/affordable housing communities: durability; efficiency; security; and identity as well as issues specifically related to market-rate rental and for-sale products: image; finishes; market identity; amenities; and unit size/quality.
