Dennis R. Boggio, AIA

As the President of Lantz-Boggio responsible for the overall management of the Firm, Dennis Boggio has over 27 years of professional experience in a variety of building types. He is an acknowledged specialist in the design of housing environments including communities for America’s Seniors.

Under his leadership, Lantz-Boggio has become one of the nation’s leading architects dedicated to the programming, planning and design of Senior Living & Care Environments. He has directed the successful completion of over 7,000 units of Senior housing in 26 states.

Dennis is the recipient of numerous awards for innovation in design of Retirement Community and Multi-Family Housing. He frequently lectures and presents at many national and state conferences. Dedicated to the advancement of housing care, community design and our nation’s senior and special populations, Dennis has served as a faculty member at the Naropa University School of Gerontology and as a visiting critic and lecturer at the University of Colorado Graduate Architect program.
