A Senior Associate and Vice President of Design-Build for LBA Corporate Services Inc, Ben Wilking serves as the liaison between the Client and the Design/Construction Team throughout the entire design and construction process for our Design-Build projects. Ben has over 19-years of professional experience in Education, Commercial, Health Care and Senior Living & Care projects.
Ben has a profound interest in as well as a deep appreciation for a defined approach to team-building throughout the entire design and construction process known as Teaming. To this end, Ben consistently promotes an emphasis on two project goals: service and teamwork. These two goals, as proven by many repeat Clients, ensures Owner satisfaction.
Since joining Lantz-Boggio in 1998, Ben has completed projects for over 15 Colorado school districts. In addition to his numerous contributions to the American Institute of Architects and the Design-Build Institute of America, in 1999 he initiated and currently manages the Lantz-Boggio Design-Build Program.
Ben has taught and lectured at the Graduate School for the College of Architecture and Planning at the University of Colorado in Denver, Arapahoe Community College, and the Denver Institute of Technology. He is often asked to participate on panels and lectures and has spoken to groups on the local, state and national level including AIA, SMPS, AGC, ACEC, DBIA, IFMA and CSI.
